The Soup's On Ice

I'm back at the summer soups.

This one is a Minted Strawberry Watermelon Soup. It's sweet and chilly and oh-so-good! As you can imagine, the boys of the household approved.

    April - Z was wary that it was beet soup again just because it was pink. It didn't take him long to realize it was super sweet :)

    I think the mint is what pulled it together, and it only took a sprig for the whole batch.
