It happens to ...Sorry to hear you had a kale fail. It happens to the best of us! I usually cut the stems off of my kale, unless they're really tiny. Then I saute them in olive oil and minced garlic for a few minutes. Near the end, I splash on a little soy sauce and a drizzle of agave nectar to cut any bitterness.
